1.45-2.30            Equipment and skill set requirements for label converting

Digital printing offers probably the easiest route for commercial printers to transition to label converting. This session examines some of the wide range of equipment choices from entry level to industrial-strength production systems in both inkjet and electrophotography

2.45-3.30            Equipment drill down

The commercial printer needs to learn a range of new skill sets and invest in roll-to-roll production equipment. This session gives a broad overview of topics including: imposition and planning software; roll-roll converting equipment; in- and off-line die cutting, slitting and inspection; workflow organisation
